The Debut of An Improvised Fairy Tale (6/9/24)
This past Sunday, our brand new non-profit branch, Imposters Arts Foundation, put up our very first family-friendly improv event: An Improvised Fairy Tale! We told the completely unscripted story of Goldilocks and the Three Bears with the help of dozens of super creative kids.
Special thanks to our director, Marissa Leonino-Lange; our accessibility coordinator, Rachel Shaver; the IAF board of directors; and our wonderful cast: Alex Shaver, Lauren Tibjash, Sarah Demetruk, Jon Sauline, Travis Williams, and Tyler Coventry.
Our non-profit branch is working to make the benefits of improv more accessible to people of all ages and backgrounds, starting with financial aid scholarships and children’s programming.
Next up: the July session of our Youth Improv Summer Camp for rising 5th through 8th graders. Learn more and sign up on Eventbrite.
