Building Strong Characters Workshop with RJ Williams

This workshop focuses on creating characters that we can invest in and build upon. We will work on character traits, mirroring, relationships, philosophy, status, and sustaining characters through interactions with other people in their world.
Prerequisites: Completed Imposters Theater’s Improv Level 1 or equivalent experience.

Cost/Cap: $60/14 person cap

Parking: Enter the main entrance to Urban Community School on W. 47th Street, south of Lorain Ave. Follow the driveway to the main oval parking lot in front of the red tower. You can park in any space marked with a green square. You can then follow the sidewalk to Lorain Ave. You will see Imposters directly across Lorain Ave. from the school.
About the Instructor:
RJ Williams teaches at The Second City NY and has performed improv in the US, Europe, and Japan. He is part of the musical supergroup Baby Wants Candy/Shamilton, which performs at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival every year, and is a veteran member of North Coast Hip Hop Improv. He is also a playwright, drummer, and produces music for various projects.
