Movement workshop for Improvisers with Jessica Bennett (The Cleveland Dance Project)
Looking to be a more well rounded artist? This workshop is for you! Jessica is a pro at taking concepts centered in dance and showing how they can be easily translated to the comedy stage. Where and how we move our bodies is crucial for storytelling. There's no need to have any previous dance training! This workshop is designed to teach improvisors how to use physicality in such a way that heightens performance and strengthens connections on stage.
Jessica “DiBa” Bennett is the assistant director of the Cleveland Dance Project and cofounder of Krooked Collective. She is trained in many styles of dance, a certified yoga teacher, and has performed and taught in NYC, LA, and Cleveland. She is excited to work with Imposters Theater!
